PLAS-TEX® is the proprietary name for Parkland Plastics' recycled products. Our innovative plastic technology involves recycling polyethylene and polypropylene -- resins that are incompatible -- then mixing the two amorphous polymers with calcium carbonate and extruding a chemically inert sheet. A precise percentage of calcium filler is key in minimizing the coefficient of thermal linear expansion, which is problematic for all thermoplastics. This fiberglass-free panel has been tested by an independent laboratory and found to be highly resistant to the growth of mold, mildew, and bacteria. PLAS-TEX® is the only 100% waterproof sanitary barrier for interior applications.

Before installation, please read the instructions label on the back of each panel and follow the directions carefully. Refer to the instructions on the can of adhesive for proper coverage and trowel geometry.
