TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
PLAS-TEX®
Panels are mostly used in agricultural,
industrial and OEM applications. Our thick
sanitary sheets can be found on the walls
of commercial carwashes and water waste
processing plants. They make great bench
liners for production as varied as custom
wood doors and walls of modular buildings.
Other popular uses include liner panels
for animal confinement and kennels, and
wall covering to protect walls from forklift
traffic.
INSTALLATION INFORMATION
Installation varies with the thickness
of the sheet and the application. When
used as a wall covering, these panels
can be installed over studs, metal purlings,
or an existing wall. A common installation
technique is countersunk stainless steel
screws. To attach the panels to work benches,
countersunk screws are often used. In
very moist areas, such as car washes,
nylon rivets work well. In some applications,
adhesives may be used.

LOW MAINTENANCE
Maintenance is simple with a clean rag
and any commercial cleaner. PLAS-TEX®
is unaffected by most corrosive chemicals.
Do not use abrasive cleansers.
