IT?
Insulex is a self-supporting, Styrofoam®
laminated panel. Our PLAS-TEX®
is permanently bonded to blue extruded
polystyrene foam with insulating value.
This lightweight panel is rigid and can
be quickly and easily installed by one
person.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Insulex is used in agricultural, commercial,
and residential locations where insulation
is important but moisture is a problem
and cleanliness is an issue.

INSTALLATION INFORMATION
Install directly over studs or unfinished
walls with mechanical fasteners or Parkland's
SS-95 adhesive. Reinforce panels with
rivets. Precondition panels and moldings
for 24 hours at the final temperature
in the room to be applied. Silicone caulking
applied in molding channels ensures waterproof
barrier. Allow 72 hours for adhesive to
cure.
LOW MAINTENANCE
Maintenance is simple with a clean rag
and any household cleaner. The PLAS-TEX®
laminate on Insulex is unaffected by most
corrosive chemicals. Do not use abrasive
cleansers.
